Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between the Seller Makent Perakende A.Ş. (Fulya Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Akıncı Bayırı Sk. No: 74, Beşiktaş / İstanbul, [email protected], 0850 346 2192) and the Buyer placing the order, under the terms below.

2. Subject

The subject is the sale and delivery of the product the Buyer orders electronically via drkorse.com, and the parties' rights and obligations.

3. Product and payment

The product's essential characteristics, sale price (incl. VAT), payment method and delivery details are shown in the order summary and payment step. Payment is by credit/debit card (iyzico 3D Secure) or cash on delivery.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via a contracted carrier, typically within 1-3 business days and not exceeding the legal 30 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery (extended to 30 days by the Seller) without any reason. The item must be unused and resalable. The return process follows the "Cancellation, Returns & Withdrawal" page.

6. General provisions

The Buyer confirms having read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and this agreement before ordering. In force majeure, the Seller informs the Buyer if obligations cannot be met.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorised within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Entry into force

This agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order.
